At Andrew Tool & Machining, we are a leading provider of electrical discharge machining (EDM) services. We conduct incredibly tight tolerance machining using wire EDM, sinker EDM, and EDM drilling technologies. Whether requirements call for a simple shape or a part with complex design details, we provide impressive results. We machine delicate features, intricate contours, and thin-walled sections as well as drill deep, micro-sized holes in workpieces with dimensions as large as 25″ length x 25″ width x 16″ height. Our capabilities include rotary wire EDM for complex 3D parts that need machining on multiple sides. With our intelligent approach to EDM, we obtain a minimum surface finish of 4 µin and uphold tolerances in the single-digit micron range.

At Andrew Tool & Machining, we offer grinding services to improve the shape and surfaces of precision metal parts. With our multiple grinding capabilities, we achieve incredibly accurate workpiece geometry and the finest surface finishes.
Our jig grinding capabilities allow us to grind straight or tapered holes up to 6” in diameter with tolerances as close as +/-.00005” and finishes as fine as two microinches. Our CNC jig grinding expertise allows us to process complex geometries with a very high degree of precision.

At Andrew Tool & Machining, we provide surface grinding of metal, PEEK, ceramic, and composite materials to precision tolerances. CMM and electronic gauging equipment verify the dimensional tolerances, flatness, and surface roughness of the indicated areas as indicated in the customer’s specifications.
